CEO David Roberts

David Roberts has a 30+ year career in law enforcement, starting in the United States Coast Guard where he served more than 20 years and retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. His work continued as an Oklahoma City Police Officer, where he has served for almost 20 years and attained the rank of Master Sergeant.

In 2010, David started David Roberts Consulting, LLC, offering security guard services to businesses, events, and mental health facilities. In 2021, he partnered with the state to begin OK RIDE CARE, a long-term solution to transporting clients needing psychiatric help to care facilities. His extensive training and expertise in law enforcement, investigations, and logistics, along with his ability to work within a team uniquely outfit him in the role of CEO for these successful companies.

Michel Roberts

Director of Operations and Co-owner of David Roberts Consulting, is a dedicated mom, community volunteer, and driven businesswoman. She served on the Moore Public Schools Foundation, worked as a Cheer Coach for Moore Highland East Junior High, and was President of the Timber Creek PTA for three years.

With a passion for inspiring others, she has spent years shaping student lives by raising funds and lending a helping hand. Her leadership extends beyond the field of education, as she successfully manages the operations of this group of businesses, combining her skills in organization, research, and communication to achieve results. Balancing the energy of motherhood, volunteering, and entrepreneurship, she is a true example of hard work and heart in everything she does.

Mike Kuepker

Mike Kuepker brings over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, project management, and executive leadership. As Executive Vice President at David Roberts Consulting LLC, he oversees multi-company operations, guiding leadership teams, enforcing compliance, and identifying growth opportunities.

In his previous role as Vice President of Manufacturing at TMCO, Inc., Mike led a remarkable expansion, growing revenue from $2M to $30M annually and increasing the operational footprint from 20,000 to 75,000 square feet. He managed 50 employees across eight departments, ensuring smooth logistics and building strong relationships with vendors and clients.

Mike’s expertise extends to managing sales teams and production processes at companies like CMP Corporation and Glenn Tool Inc., where he consistently exceeded targets and enhanced operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.

Toni McGee

Toni McGee is a visionary director with 20+ years of experience in nonprofit and corporate leadership. Her impressive history of enhancing performance in resource generation and service delivery includes long-range planning, cost/service analysis, building targeted marketing plans, deepening relationships, and managing employees to attain organizational goals and social impact. Her keen ability to identify key stakeholders while assessing situations from multiple perspectives results in balanced conclusions.

For the David Roberts family of companies, including OK RIDECARE, Toni supports the companies' strategic planning processes for growth and viability by identifying opportunities to increase the value of the company and building a structure for decision-making and strong processes.
