Only crisis transportation requests may be submitted through this website.

Before continuing, please confirm whether your organization has an active RIDECARE contract.

If your organization has an active contract, use the unique transportation request link provided by RIDECARE. Do not submit transportation requests through this website. Requests submitted through the public website will be voided, and you will be asked to resubmit using your organization’s unique link.

If you do not know your organization’s unique request link, please email info@ridecaretransportation.com for assistance.

RIDECARE does not accept direct transportation requests from riders. Requests must be submitted by authorized agency, facility, healthcare, case management, or law enforcement personnel.
